Night Stalking Lobster

Morningstar Art presents Night Stalking Lobster, a moody and expressive canvas print that brings one of the Keys’ most iconic nocturnal hunters out of the darkness and into full dramatic focus. Emerging from the void, the lobster rises with antennae stretched like twin spears, cutting through the blackness as if testing the edge of its world.

Cool blues and deep violets skim across its armored shell, catching just enough light to reveal texture, age, and intent. Below, the form dissolves into a bed of moss and shadow—half seen, half imagined—giving the creature an almost mythic presence. It feels ancient, alert, and quietly powerful, suspended in that charged moment where the reef sleeps but its guardians roam.

A study in contrast and presence, Night Stalking Lobster captures the quiet tension of life where light barely reaches.
