Shipping Policy
Morningstar Art Shipping Policy
At Morningstar Art, we partner with two trusted production companies to create and ship our artwork and merchandise. This helps us offer the highest quality prints, canvases, apparel, and accessories — but it also means your order may ship in more than one package.
Multiple Packages & Shipping Lines
If your order includes items produced by both partners, you may see two separate shipping lines at checkout, and your items may ship in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number so you can follow every part of your order.
Shipping Times
Production and delivery times vary by product type:
Fine art, canvases, and limited editions may take a bit longer due to careful production.
Merchandise and open‑edition items often ship faster.
Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
“Please note that all hand‑signed and hand‑numbered prints require extra production time due to the careful, hands‑on process involved.”
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking updates for each package. It’s normal for one item to arrive before the others.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and their production locations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll quickly replace the item or issue a refund.
